I spent some  time in TX over the Easter holiday and was amazed to find spring – not too hot, not too cold, and even caught a Tx thunderstorm . It was heavenly! And made me super grateful I had packed this white trench- a fresh take on a classic!

Caped

There’s a reason why capes have been a mainstay for the past few seasons–they are endlessly chic and comfortable. I bought this one on ebay, it’s supposed to be a dress, but on me it’s a tunic. Pairing it with ripped jeans leads an easy vibe and together I feel all pulled together.

It’s a skirt, it’s pants, it’s super outfit!

These 3.1 Phillip Lim pants are another closet staple! I love the way that they are a little avant-garde but are so comfortable. Again, they can be dressed up or down and look great with just a tshirt!

I don’t like to play favorites in my closet; just like a mother, when asked I will tell you that I love all my clothes and shoes and bags equally. But if you press–there are some pieces that I turn to over and over again–like this denim jumpsuit. At first, I was not on board with the jumpsuit, but I cannot explain the versatility and comfort of this piece. I can dress it up or down, throw on scarves, jewelry–and the whole time feel as if I’m in pjs. It’s a win-win!
