It’s the classic shopping conundrum: should you get the high ticket item or the more budget friendly item?
Loves, our shopping (and shopping techniques) are complex, personal, and (for me) vary item to item.
(Don’t worry, I’m working on a series about how I shop) In general, I think that if it’s a high ticket item you love and no other item will you, you should save up for it (or find it for cheap down the road). However, if it’s not a MUST have, there are always more affordable options.
The truth is, you can always get what you want. Maybe not the exact item, but a really close second. Then the question goes back to you: should you save or spend?

Summer Dresses
I’m a fan of dresses (clearly), especially in the summer when the temps skyrocket. This summer I love the smocked numbers, and really fell for this number:

I’m a shoe lover. And anything that is unique, is a juxtaposition, or is different, I especially love.

A personal note: we’re coming back with outfit posts! Life has been a little nutty lately with some sickness(I’m better!), my mom had surgery (she’s doing great), and a lot.
